Wallpaper change based on battery level?

I'm brand new to rainmeter, so I apologize if this topic has been discussed or it's already a feature somewhere. But I was just wondering if there was a way to change my desktop wallpaper based on my battery level.

Yes you can, and it would be a nice place to start writing your own skins. Rainmeter 101 is recommended for beginners, and after that you should take a look at the PowerPlugin and the Calc measure.

Well I read through the 101 and checked out those links...but I have zero experience in programming. I have no idea where to start to even attempt this.

Don't worry about your experience. Rainmeter doesn't require any. You should start by trying to create your first skin. Try the tutorials and you 'll start to get a hold of how Rainmeter skins work.

I found that and another, modded a bit to show 10% steps instead of just the 4. Made some custom images with the picture I was wanting to do. I'm at work right now, but will be installing at home this evening. Will update once I get it running.
