Connection issues (WebParser test red light)

I recently installed Rainmeter and started by using Enigma. I managed to set it up nicely but my feed, gmail, anything requiring connection won't work so I did the WebParser test skin and came up with a red light. I made sure the Use Proxy in internet explorer wasn't the issue and am now at a loss. Help please!

Sometimes WebParser can get "stuck". Try fully exiting Rainmeter and start Rainmeter.

I fiddled around and nothing work, re-installed and it is working now
