Hi i will have shortcut menu like quicklaunch
I need to do this dinamically = i have 1 folder with shortcuts and my skin will load all shortcuts and icons to my menu (group) how to do this?

2. How to make the button to toggle some value - i have 1 button what make my sound mute and how to make unmuted ( last value of volume) on next click

Here is a skin that does what you are describing: Desktop+
It creates it's own set of folders and displays the contents... it does a lot more, but you may be able to use some of it, or learn how it was done.

For your button, showing your current code would help (we do not create skins here ).
