Deleted My Sidebar

Hey everyone, I accidentally deleted my sidebar and need help getting it back, help would be greatly appreciated.

I think this should work. Click on your tray icon and go into manage. Click on the left hand side the folder WP7 then TextItems then Sidebar.ini and hit the load button.

Yea I tried this, the problem is that although this is a sidebar, it isn't the right side sidebar that opens so I can change my Panels and TextItems.
