Essentially the lights are used as buttons to toggle the sounds which are pulled at random using the QuotePlugin and a counter for the lights.

The idea popped into my head on the weekend, and conveniently the majority came from recycling code from a couple of my skins. The chasing light was added with help from Kaelri; which I was initially too dumb to understand until I re-read it and cross checked against the Manual a second time.
Essentially the lights are used as buttons to toggle the sounds which are pulled at random using the QuotePlugin and a counter for the lights.
