the following instructions will cause Rainmeter 2.3.3 r1522 64-bit (Jul 3 2012) to crash
-> load a skin (any skin) in Rainmeter; make sure it's running properly within rainmeter
--> rename the .ini, or delete it from the file system
-> click Refresh All, located in the Manage Rainmeter control window
Rainmeter displays a dialog saying 'Unable to refresh skin "...": File not found.'
-> Click OK
Rainmeter crashes to desktop
