Non-looping 1920x1080 png splash screen?

Hi everyone, new around here. I was hoping to get some help on this...

I want to create an animated rainmeter skin that plays an animated file upon startup that is 1920x1080 and make it close itself when it's finished playing. I was wondering if this was possible and how can I do it?

Rainmeter is not really set up to handle animation. You could do it, but you'd have to save each frame as an individual image file, your CPU would spike while it was running, and I wouldn't expect a very smooth framerate.
