Rainbrowser not showing when Rainmeter installed

So I just recently downloaded Rainmeter but it didn't come with Rainbrowser. What can I do about this? I have tried installing it once before.

It is part of a larger built-in functionality called "Manage" that you get to from the Rainmeter system tray (notification area) icon. Just left click the icon, or right click it and select "Manage".

I get there but then how do I put a theme. Everything in there is mostly not clickable.

You trying to save a theme? Just enter a name a click "save". Trying to load one? Just select it and click "load".

Maybe you have no "skins" installed. "Themes" are an organized placement of "skins". You might want to get your terminology correct, by following this link.
