Rainmeter Skin installer Troubleshooting HELP!

Heres the deal, I downloaded this rainmeter theme http://7themes.su/news/avengers_s_h_i_e_l_d_os/2012-06-12-355. its in Russian though. anyways, it was a .rmskin,i downloaded a .rmskin before and i know how it works when i hit install the first time it said that i need to download the latest version. next time with the latest version it says this:

unable to move to:
C:\Users\(username)\documents\Rainmeter\skins\backup\(name of skin)


tried almost 10 times with different themes and skins it still said the same exact thing.
Please help me!!!!!
