Apparently the skin path is set to my username

Post by Virginityrocks »

I just received a comment on my deviant art page (http://northern49.deviantart.com/art/Desktop-307375467) about the skin setting the default skin path to my username's user folder, which makes it not install properly on other machines. I searched the entire skin folder for incidences of "Black Square", my username, and couldn't find anything. How can I fix this?

And is the line "SkinPath=C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\" correct // necessary in the Rainmeter.thm file?

This is a bug. We'll release an updated beta later today. Thanks for reporting!

Oh good. Now is that something I need to install, recreate the rmskin and reupload, or just the other person?

The other person should just be able to install the newest Rainmeter beta, then re-install your existing skin and theme.
