Yeah, sorry. I have downloaded a couple basic skins and used them smoothly, no bugs, no anything ( using rainmeter of course ). But after trying to download this skin (http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&global=1&q=ironman+theme#/d4abslk) and a few others something goes wrong. Under the downloading file it says I am trying to run the skin using Adobe reader 9. Does that help?

Not at all I'm afraid. You get this Adobe Reader thing when trying to download the file?

After I download it. It shows the Adobe icon not the Rainmeter, then when I click on it it tries to open but can't of course because Adobe can't items like this.

If in fact we are talking about this http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&global=1&q=ironman+theme#/d4abslk download, it is a .rar file. What is inside the .rar when you extract it?

The file is a .rar file. You probably need to install 7Zip from http://www.7-zip.org/ so you can open it.

Did you installed 7-zip ??

Did you extract the .rar file then ??

Tutorial: http://askabouttech.com/how-to-extract-rar-file/

Is there now a folder (named like the skin) with the skin or a .rmskin file (named like the skin) ...
Rainmeter - You are only limited by your imagination and creativity.
