An unexpected error has occurred?

I'm sure if I searched more in the forums I would find a soultion; but I'm having a rather frustrating day.

Rainmeter was working fine. This morning I was bored and waiting until it was time to leave the house.. so I browsed some new themes on DA and downloaded a couple. All of the sudden windows is saying an unexpected error has occurred, and if I would like to send/check for a solution.. blah blah. (Attached a file!) I tried to open it back up several times and the same thing would happen after waiting about two minutes of nothing.
I deleted all the files and ran a fresh install... and it did the same exact thing.

Now, later in the day that I turned off my computer I click on Rainmeter and nothing happens at all. /Le sigh. Any ideas?

What skins did you download from deviantART? Do you have a link to them?
