Not able to enable skins

Hello. So, yesterday I disabled a great deal of skins leaving behind just one, a scaning line running down the screen for a neat effect. However, I cannot rightclick it in order to activate new skins. Is there any other way to open the menu, or have I just messed up my rainmeter?

Open the Manage dialog by clicking the Rainmeter icon in your system tray. From there you can load/unload all your skins.
