You have to right click the weather skin, find where the weather code is located (either in the Webparser URL itself, or in the Variables section, and change it to your town). Check this thread.
Thessaloniki's Weather Code in http://www.weather.com (and I think, !yahoo weather, too) is GRXX0019.
