I want do an animated sliding effect sliding of panel

Preview of what I mean, done in Photoshop

You need Firefox or Opera browser to see it animated
Or see on YouTube (2 sec. video.. lol)

I guess that Bitmap method is not good idea for it..

BTW. I don't care about pretty fast update required. It won't animate it all the time anyway..

Unfortunetly i can't understand some part of that example and nothing works..

Maybe someone could mod this skin to animate expand from top of screen?

Something like that (not necessary that bump on end if it's too hard)
