help with buttons

i've been looking for a mirror's edge skin for a lonng time and haven't found one. so i decided to make one myself.i am trying to create a launcher based on the game's menu.
this is where i have problems.
how do i get one button to display many other on click?
and how do i make an image resize itself for diff. resolutions?
