Rainmeter can't simulate keystrokes. You will need some kind of AutoHotKey script or some other utility that can, then you can call those scripts from Rainmeter with something like:

LeftMouseUpAction=!Execute ["PathToAutoHotKey\AutoHotKey.exe" ScriptToRun.ahk]

i allready solve the problem,
rm and Clean Disk Security There is a conflict.
rm has ok after uninstall Clean Disk Security software.
