click through makes tile settings inaccessible

When a tile (or background) is set to click through it can not be dragged or edited anymore as the mouse can't seem to grab it.

That is the point of Click Through.

You can still access the skin through the main Rainmeter tray icon.

I understand but it would be nice to grab it somehow anyways. E.g. a handle on the side.

Use CTRL + click.
