Please help! Skin won't load but not theme?

So I got this theme from http://7themes.su/news/hud_digital_rainmeter/2011-11-02-114

The very top one "HUD Digital Rainmeter".

I downloaded it and used 7zip to put this in the skins: http://screensnapr.com/v/msPfKa.jpg

just that highlighted folder, not the other stuff.

Then when I went to switch to the theme, it wasn't there. But it's under skins?

Why? How can I fix this? Please help!!

What you installed was a set of skins. This is very different from what a theme is. A theme is actually made up of different skins. Most of the older packages do not include themes. What theme's really are is just a file that loads these skins for you.
