Possible bug with PowerPlugin.dll & Overclocked CPUs

Post by alpha1337 »

This is a work in progress and my first Rainmeter experience. I really love how open ended it is! But, have I have come across a bug setting up my system info? I have an Intel i7 2600k overclocked to 5GHZ however, when using this code my CPU speed displays 3404 MHz:

Code: Select all

[MeasureCPUMhz]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\PowerPlugin.dll
PowerState=MHZ

[CPU]
MeasureName=MeasureCPU
Meter=STRING
X=380
Y=55
FontColor=255,255,255
FontSize=15
StringAlign=center
StringStyle=normal
FontFace=Segoe UI
NumOfDecimals=2
AutoScale=1
AntiAlias=1
SpeedStep is disabled as you can see in CPU-Z it shows proper multipliers. Any ideas on how to get the proper clock speed to display? I have tried other system monitor skins and the result is the same.
