From the left side of the screenshot it seems your using a skin with AccuWeather feed and your trying to put a weather.com code in it...
in any case, AccuWeather is mostly not supported anymore and the skin your using is probably very old and broken.
I suggest you try a different skin that uses weather.com or yahooweather. http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&global=1&q=rainmeter+weather
