Inability to edit

Hi, I'm having trouble editing any kind of theme in rainmeter (For example, to change weather location). I'll try edit in both manage and through the right click list and yet both refuse to open. This just started to happen where it didn't before. Is this to do with my computer? I haven't had trouble before the last few hours. Can anyone help me? Is this the right place to ask this? Any help is greatly taken.
