I'm trying to customize my work computer, but I do not have admin privileges. Whenever I open a RMSKIN file with RainInstaller, I get the error "Elevated process does not have administrative rights."
Is there any work-around for this?

Change the file to .zip instead of .rmskin, then extract manually into your skins folder.
