Rainmeter not responding. Please Help.

I am having some trouble with rainmeter right when I first start it up. Once I click the application and it loads skins onto my desktop it will almost immediately quit responding. This happens even after re installing and with different versions.

I used rainmeter a few years ago and I remember that I found a workaround to this problem, but after a few hours of troubleshooting I cant figure it out again. Anything would help.

You might want to add an exception for Rainmeter in your Antivirus.

ok ill give that a shot. I use kaspersky. I have not got any notifications from kaspersky though telling me that its blocking rainmeter

hey that actually seems to have done the trick for now. ill revisit this post if the problem arises again.
