everytime I try to install it it tells me to try and manually install Visual C ++
when I try and install that it says the system can not find the path verified.
any help guys ?

If you get an error while installing the VC++ redistributable package (dowload from here (32bit) or here (64bit)), then I'm afraid I can't help. You should consider reinstalling Windows, as a Microsoft installer failing suggests that you system may be messed up.
