Help with Rainmeter?

So I started using this awesome app recently, and i decided to delete all my skins and start fresh. When i went to open the link for rainmeter, though, it wouldn't open. I would double-click, the mouse waould make the 'waiting' symbol like it was loading, then nothing would happen. I went into task manager to check and it said the program wasnt even open. I tried reinstalling a few times, but i cant get it to open anymore. any ideas as to why this is would be helpful :/

I suspect that it is in fact loading, but is in some strange condition (probably due to deleting all skins while it was running, but who knows). It may not be listed under "applications" in Task Manager, but I bet you there is a process for it (at least one) running under "processes" in Task Manager. Kill all Rainmeter processes, then install the latest beta from http://rainmeter.net and you should be fine.
