Help! I would like custom work done

Hello Everyone,

I am new here. I came across Rainmeter but see that it requires more than I can handle. I am in search of a sidebar app that will display links to my software that I work with on a daily basis. Call it my tools screen.

Looking for the features:

1. Drag and drop into the Rainmeter sidebar. If not possible will flow with what works.

2. Would also prefer a portable version. I did not choose the portable option when installing since I did not know what libraries to include in the portable folder.

3. Make the custom version quite user-friendly

Anyone willing to work with me on this? I am able to spend a little on the work required.
