After patch, Can't attach to top.

After the most recent patch, I can no longer enter negative numbers for the coordinate system of skin placement, and the selection size of mini-arcs puts its actual appearance about a hundred pixels down the screen from 0, so with this new patch I can't get it to stay at the top of the screen, whereas normally I'd given it a negative y-coordinate which would move the buffer space above it past the screen's upper edge. So I have to put it on the bottom, which doesn't fit with my background and theme, or leave it floating, which looks plain ugly. Is there some way I can either change the relative position internal to Mini-Arcs or have rainmeter let me enter negative coordinates again?
