I have been reusing the same rmskin file for a long time and I simply replace the skin folders and update the version number/name in the Rainstaller.cfg which makes me think the addition of the plugins for TopProcess.dll files is the cause, but I am having trouble fixing this issue.
The newest release of Cobalt has an error in the plugin directory where the folders are called x32 & x64. They don't appear or thier contents install when you run the rmskin. Renaming them to 32bit & 64bit causes the installer to crash, although if you extract the files manually everything works as intended.
I cannot confirm your issue. The folders must be 32bit and 64bit (x32 and x64 are simply ignored). FYI, your .rmskin doesn't include skins (the Cobalt folder is in the wrong location).
Could you upload and link a .rmskin that crashes for you?
In the end I extracted the contents and used windows built in zip to get this working. Perhaps my WInzip14.0 has broken in some way even though it still seems to zip * unzip aright.
