Rainmeter not working? :(

Okay, so I want to have rainmeter, because i've had it before and never got around to reinstalling it(because i messed it up). But, when i went to reinstall it, it says "There are no available skins at: C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\" and it doesn't allow me to open it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times, but nothing works. I use Windows XP and I have no idea what to do. Help?
