Easy Setup

I'm building a skin and I'd like to make it easy for people to configure it, ABP skins using a program where in a rainmeter skin you click on "App1-2" and it opens up a Explorer window to find programs and files, select a program, then it prompts me to write an app name for it, Id like to do the same, I know this is not Rainmeter, it has to do with a program, but if anyone knows how to make a program for such a thing I would like to find out how. thanks.
