Mail Skin Error

Post by D0CT0R »

Hi I am trying to get the Gmail skin under Enigma to work and I am not having any success, also the section for that under "Please Read Before Posting" just links me to the same page that I was on. Anyways I tried using my usr and pass in the URL line like it said to do, I tried username@gmail.com:pass just username:pass and then simply URL=https://mail.google.com/mail/feed/atom which at least gave me the message "Connection or Matching Error" instead of a blank skin. if I enter the default URL with my info in the address I get a message warning me that google doesn't require a username and password and "Someone may be trying to trick you" from Mozilla.

I could use some help, it's the default gmail.ini file, the only part I changed was the URL field.

[MeasureFeed]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\WebParser.dll
UpdateRate=120
URL=https://mail.google.com/mail/feed/atom
RegExp=(?siU)(.*)$
DecodeCharacterReference=1
Substitute=#WebParserSubstitute#
FinishAction=!CommandMeasure "MeasureScriptReader" "Update()"

I figured out the problem with the ORIGINAL code which was the fact that I had an @ in my pswd field and that was causing a problem. However I don't really like having my usr and pass in the URL field so it there anyway to work around that? I stay logged in on my laptop so the URL works without my usr and pass in a web browser.

No, unfortunately WebBrowser does not support cookies or other authentication other than the http://name:passw@somesite.com method.
