Well, before you go to that extreme. If you want to jump on IRC (there is a link to the web client at the top of every page here) at some agreed-upon time, you and I can get together and I can get on your system with TeamViewer and see what is going on. I apologize for not being on tonight, first rowing practice of the season and I had to go be social so I wasn't back until late. I've got the program installed, just let me know the next night you're free
