No, you can't. The effect is applied to the whole skin, there is no way to apply only to certain meter.

There is one but it is a fork, so it's not a official versión.

Can't decide if it work or doesn't. Here is why:

• With Type=Acrylic:

• With Type=Blur:

• And finally if I use Type=None, I get this:

I hope it's clear that it's not clear at all if it works and the skin should look this way, or it simply doesn't really work. I tend to sustain the second case, but finally am not sure at all. Don't know (can't remember precisely) how did it worked / looked like on Windows 10. Now I am on Windows 11 23H2.

Acrylic and Normal blur is the same for in newest Windows 11 version.
Probably Microsoft delete "Normal Blur" and replace that with Acrylic.

Check if "Transparency Effects" are enabled from Windows Settings or disable battery saver mode if it's enabled.
