Rainmeter 4.5.19 Release

The release of Rainmeter 4.5.19 is now available from
Rainmeter Main Site

As usual, Rainmeter 4.5 is fully backwards compatible with skins written for any version of Rainmeter
You need only install on top of your existing installation.
No need to uninstall 4.4 or worry about overwriting changes you have made.

A couple of things:
- downloading Rainmeter from its main site doesn't work (neither the blue Download button, nor the Mirror link), though it works from GitHub
- the release notes lack the details that were written yesterday (about 15 lines), it now only has the 2 lines related to the MITM stuff

EDIT: Now the blue Download button works, but the Mirror link still doesn't (not that I use the latter, but still).

There have been no software updates for a long time and this has become a little disturbing. Therefore, I met the automatic update with joy. Strengthening security is always a good vector. I do not switch from Windows, because neither Linux nor MacOS has Rainmeter

Seems like the winget package got a bit scuffed at the moment, downloading Standard Install, and then doing winget list --id Rainmeter.Rainmeter, the Version is 4.5.19 but there's a new Available is 4.5.19.3753. Trying to install it errors out. This becomes a problem for those people who do winget upgrade -all on every PC startup.
The user who first brought this to my attention said the error they get is cannot update rainmeter 4.5.19 to 4.5.19.3753, please contact support, but they didn't say where every time I asked , they kept asking what to do next, which I don't know :(, I wasn't able to get the info if the error is printed:
1. from winget
2. created by the Rainmeter Installer window
3. created by the Auto-Update process

2. and 3. Don't seem like it since that message dosen't exist in the source code.

Yeah, we zigged where we should have zagged and kinda messed up this version's presence on WinGet. We have another version coming in the following days, and that will straighten in out.
