Once you find a way (which is mostly your job, as this is a Rainmeter forum, after all), then we can talk about communicating that result to the Rainmeter skin, which is possible for all the above, albeit with certain particularities depending on how you want this to happen. For example, for any of them you can use a RunCommand measure:

to extract whatever output from them to the command line in the case of less frequent checking, while AHK or AutoIt can actually send bangs to your Rainmeter skin in the case of a more frequent checking, see the bottom of this page:
