The weather skin is workng here!?
EDIT: FIRST, make sure you have the latest APIKey value in the WeatherComJSONVariables.inc files.
The value should be APIKey=21d8a80b3d6b444998a80b3d6b1449d3
Enigma uses several weather variable files and the APIKey needs to be updated in each one.

Next, do you have the latest version patch from 4 years ago? Download the latest Enigma package from here: https://github.com/kaelri/enigma.
Then copy the Skins\Enigma folder from there to your Rainmeter skins folder and refresh All.
