1-Install WebNowPlayingRedux_2.0.7.rmskin:
https://github.com/keifufu/WebNowPlaying-Rainmeter/releases
2-Install this little tool:
https://github.com/thewizrd/iTunes-SMTC
After installation, double-click the Media Controller Helper icon in the taskbar and check all the boxes.
3-Load the WebNowPlayingRedux example skin and see which features of the player work with Apple Music.

With this tool, iTunes is fully supported by the WebNowPlaying plugin.

This means that the desktop version of Apple Music does not support all Windows API features (it only supports the cover, song duration and probably the buttons, but it doesn't support the song title and artist name):

The only alternative is to use the web version of Apple Music
For this you need to install the WebNowPlaying browser extension:

Question related to this plugin. Recently (approximatively one month ago) I switched to Windows 11 Pro (currently installed version: 23H2, OS Build 22631.3155), English. As web browser I'm using MS Edge, Version 121.0.2277.128 (Official build) (64-bit) (yep, don't be surprised, I'm not using neither Chrome, nor Firefox, nor other browser, besides Edge - sorry if I'm disappointing you). But unfortunately now I can't get the plugin working. Nothing in the skin is shown. I assume I should install / add an extension, but there are such extensions only for Chrome and Firefox. What should I add for Edge?

If the Edge browser is used, the extension for Chrome must be installed.
