I don't think using (javascript) parts of ever changing sites is feasible or possible in a Rainmeter plugin, but alternatively, you could use khanhas' WebView plugin to display the webpage at some specific address itself (similar to having the browser on that page in a Rainmeter skin): https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?t=39233
Obviously, this will have some limitations in terms of usability as a classic Rainmeter skin, but it will bring such widgets in the skin. It will be your decision whether you'll find it acceptable or not.
