I have no problem using OneDrive as my storage for skins.
Rainmeter 4.5.2.3541 (64-bit)
Language: English (1033)
Build time: 2021-09-11 23:35:58
Windows 10 Pro 2009 64-bit (build 19044) - English (1033)
Path: V:\Rainmeter\
SkinPath: C:\Users\John\OneDrive\Rainmeter\Skins\
SettingsPath: V:\Rainmeter\
IniFile: V:\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.ini
I installed a standard version in a virtual drive V: and set the skinpath to the OneDrive location. I manually moved the illustro skins to OneDrive and installed SockTheFox chameleon skin using the skin installer.
I can edit, add, or delete anything in the skins folder on OneDrive. I know I was able to share skins from this location on another PC with a standard installation and a change to the skinpath setting.
Not sure why SilverAzide is having problems.

I didn't get if by writing "somehow" in bold-italic you actually know how they did it. Just in case, this is how you can change the default location of the default folders like "My Documents" "My Pictures" "Downloads" etc: Relocating them can be both useful and useless depending on one's digital routine.SilverAzide wrote: ↑September 17th, 2021, 5:44 pm has somehow, and super-annoyingly, repointed a bunch of folders like C:\Users\usename\Documents, and more to a cloud drive

No, I really didn't know how they did it... but now I do, thanks to you! Thanks for that tip, I knew it was possible but I couldn't recall how it was done. Looks like some group policy is in place that changes all those personal folder locations to the corporate OneDrive. I changed them back to the normal default location... and the policy fired off a few hours later and put them right back to where they were, LOL.Active Colors wrote: ↑September 17th, 2021, 7:47 pm I didn't get if by writing "somehow" in bold-italic you actually know how they did it.
