I have cleared cache and cookies and restarted rainmeter after 3 minutes and worked partially:
After some minutes errors returned.
Follow the instructions again, but don't click Delete.
Click Settings then click View files and manually delete all files.
Then wait 4-5 minutes and restart Rainmeter.
If not all the data appear, refresh a few times.
Unfortunately tried to clear the cache and delete the files, waited a few mins, reloaded multiple times, doesnt seem to do the trick for me

yes, for many users weather.com's code has changed at last. The JSON is completely different now. Clearing IE worked before the change. Now use of the new code is the only option to get it works again.
Not sure this is the final change of the site and it's code. There were some variations with the new site design these days. Two examples of visual differences are here:

Looks particularly broken today. I'm not getting any "V3" format either at this point. I'm just going to see if they correct things today sometime.
