Erm, this one

Just seen in the other thread that this is ongoing... good luck.

FWIW - after the most recent clearing of cache and waiting 10 mins to restart, I get everything except TODAYS weather i.e. Tonight, Tomorrow and Thursday work ok :?

Try exit Rainmeter before deleting the IE cookie, then restart Rainmeter after.

Even on the same computer. I have three skins getting info from weather.com and i've noticed that even after deleting cookies and restarting Rainmeter one or two remain dead and one or two are working properly. Took some work to get all three to work again ...
