You could make the skin transparent anywhere that an icon is, but you'd have to manually make each cutout for the icons. Alternatively you could make a skin that is your icons and functions similarly but you'd have to manually make each icon..

I wan´t to have some information on the desktop (text, images). But i wan´t to use the desktop as usual. So the skin has to be in the background of the desktop-icons, but before the desktop-image.

Unfortunately as jsmorley said above, you can't do this.

Yea, the best I could think of is give your desktop a flat magenta wallpaper, take a screenshot of it, make the magenta transparent so you have an image of your desktop with just the icons. Then put your wallpaper back, make a skin that shows the icons, and then put your other skin that shows the info underneath it so it'd look like what you want. But you wouldn't be able to move the icons around cause the overlay skin wouldn't move with them. And if you get more icons later they won't work either, but presumably you'd only have the skin underneath some of the icons anyway.
