So I decided to add some updates to the illustro suite of skin by poiru.

I decided to name them "illustra" (illustro with 'A'dditions) :Whistle

These have a new style using Accent color returned by the SysColor plugin from Brian with Light/Dark text options
Light Background/Dark Background reversible themes
The Frosted Glass plugin by theAzack9 was used for optional blur and shading effects (may cause delays on some systems; disabled by default

The suite includes a weather skin based on WXData by JSMorley. A weather.com locator skin also based on one by him.
Scale to any resolution (up to 300%).
Expandable simple launcher skin was added.
An option skin let you select styles, colors, Scale, and User Variables (Middle-click any skin to open options).

This was a good study in making skin that can be scaled based on fixed size skins.
A total (updated) clone of the default Rainmeter skins

Thanks for all the feedback!
Comments Welcomed :)

I don't know if only I get this behavior, but if I try and drag a skin Ι get some weird delay... no matter how fast I move the mouse I can't drag it faster that a specific speed...

Not seeing that symptom on my PC :???:

I can move or scale with no delay at all. Not sure why you are seeing that affect. No "new" plugin or technique that hasn't been tried and tested is being used.

I tried some things and came to a conclusion that something is going on with the layout.
If I load the layout all skins are dragged with a delay, but if I load my main layout and load a skin from illustra, I can drag with no issue.

I couldn't capture with higher fps than that. (if you know any good free program for capturing the screen let me know)

In both sides I'm moving the mouse with the same speed.

I updated the rmskin in the first post with a new layout that initially positions the skin at the left/right screen edges and centers the welcome and option skins. Also removed unnecessary webding font,

Is there any difference with Hardware Acceleration On/Off? Just "brainstorming" because I don't see that symptom. :uhuh:

With your new layout, the clock skin ends up on my second monitor.
