Thanks for your contribution! The files seem to be suffering from some encoding issues. Would it be possible for you to encode both files as pure UTF8 or UTF16-LE and reupload them?
Also, I noticed that the SELECTLANGUAGE string hasn't been translated in Installer.txt.

Hello,
Looks like my copy of UltraEdit decided to botch character encoding.
I re-edited files in Notepad and saved them as UTF-8. Also corrected missing translation and some typos.
New versions attached.
