Hello, friends! I apologize for my English,my native language is Russian,so I will communicate through an interpreter.
Rainmeter use not often, rather for the soul
sometimes there are some questions and I think that here I will find answers to my questions. But before I start asking questions in the forum, please give a link to the instructions on how to insert the video and what parameters should be video.

Are you asking how to display videos in the forums? If so, you can only use Youtube, and it's like this:

That is an animated .gif file. You can create those with a tool like:
http://blog.bahraniapps.com/gifcam/
and then just attach them to a post here.

When you are editing your post, scroll down and find the tab for "Attachments".

After you attach the file, just put your cursor in the body of the message where you want it to be, and click on "Place inline".
