I was working on a Hebrew translation too but you beat me to it...

I have gone through your translation, it looks good but I have a few suggestions:

#define STR_FROMBOTTOM "מלמעטה" - Should be: "מלמטה"
#define STR_EDIT "ערוף" - Should be: "ערוך"
#define STR_LOADORDERSC "טען סדר:" - Should be: ":סדר הטעינה"
#define STR_DEBUG "ניפוי" - Should be: "ניפוי באגים"
#define STR_DELETE "מחר" - Should be: "מחק"
#define STR_CHECKFORUPDATES "בדוק לעידכונים" - Should be: "בדוק עדכונים"
#define STR_THEMEDESCRIPTION "ערכת נושא מאפשרת לשמור את המתכונת הנוכחית של מעטפות ריינמטר ולשחזר אותה בזמן מאוחר יותר. שיחזור ערכת נושא ישנה תשחזר את מתכונת, אך אינו עריכות או עידכונים למעטפות שלך."
My suggestion: ".ערכת נושא מאפשרת לך לשמור את המערך הנוכחי של הסקינים שלך ולשחזר אותם מאוחר יותר. שיחזור ערכת נושא ישנה תשחזר את המערך אבל לא תחזיר לאחור עריכות או עדכונים שביצעת לסקינים שלך"
