Can't install skins - Process no Admin Rights - Rainstaller

UAC - Enabled (as defaults in Windows 7) (it asks you everytime something wants to be God)

It seems Rainstaller is incorrectly detecting UAC as disabled. Can you download uaccheck.zip, extract, run the file, and post results?

Also, could you try installing the latest Rainmeter 2.1 beta? What happens when you click on the 'Next' button on the 'Install Type' page Do you get an UAC elevation prompt or does it simply proceed to the next page (note: you can cancel the install at this point if you so wish)?

Latest beta of Rainmeter (2.1 beta r903) should fix these issues. If not, please follow the instructions in the previous post.

Hi created account just for this issue not sure if this was fully anwered or whatnot but had the admin issue when installing Rainmeter itself.

Right clicking and selecting Run as Admin worked
