Next day: The bug re-appeared today, when I first opened the PC. I tried 4-5 reboots, some repeared the bug, some not. I think I should note that this particular PC I'm using for the summer is old, which is causing slow downs now and then. In some cases, during the start up of the PC (when rainmeter is loaded) some of the skins have already appeared, some not, and for a second their background flashes black (a.k.a loses its transparency) and then they re-appear in their correct transparent levels. It's like when you install graphics drivers and for a second the tranparency of the windows disappears and then comes back. I hope you know when I mean by now. If I succeed in capturing in, I will share a screenshot.
Maybe the transparency problem is happening because my PC is old and it must load Rainmeter and other startup programs all together?
PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.2Ghz
RAM: 2GB
