Transparancy after reboot

Hi,

I've been using Rainmeter since a few weeks on my second monitor without problems, however, since the past few days, every time I reboot my computer, all my skins have a transparency. I never changed the transparency of the skins (it's set at 0). To remove the transparency, I have to open Rainbrowser, go to each of my skin, click 'skin settings', (note : the transparency is at 0) click 'apply' and finally click 'return'. This makes go back to normal. However doing this every time I reboot is quite annoying.

Does anyone know a way to prevent this from happening?

Restart Rainmeter, right-click on the tray icon and click on 'Edit Settings'. Do you have "AlphaValue=255" or something else?

Yes, AlphaValue is set at 255

The skins I'm using are Gnometer clock, gnometer network, gnometer system, and a custom one I made myself that show me my GPU clock speed, tmep, cpu core 1&2 loads and cpu temp.

I remembered that there is another thread for the same bug with more replies and views, but I can't find it right now. Please move my post/this thread there, in case you find it. I searched all the possible combinations.

So, I am currently re-having this bug, at the first boot (2.4 beta). Rainmeter shows skins with enabled transparency, when I have never touched it. A simple "refresh all" solves the issue. My Rainmeter.ini doesn't have the AlphaValue Key in any skin, it is added only when I change the transparency from the right click menu or (I guess, didn't try it) from the Manage Window.

Well I too have this problem, again... and no, I do not have any AlphaValue or something in the Rainmeter.ini

Once I saw your post, I tried thoroughly. I rebooted around 8 times, without changing anything, changing themes,, changing r1593 to r1578 and back, editing the Rainmeter.ini, nothing worked now (it's always when you need it the most). Unfortunately all I know is that the last time that happened was this morning (using r1593), it isn't happening on every restart or shutdown/boot, only some skins are affected (different each time, no preferences), and a simple "refresh all" without changing anything else brings back the correct transparent value.
